  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that processing time may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sales events.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing high order volumes or any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping timeframe.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Below are the general delivery times for each option:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days (within the United States). International shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days (within the United States).

  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days (within the United States).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. Please allow 7-21 business days for international orders, depending on the destination. International shipping times may be affected by customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location, weather conditions, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You will be able to review the shipping options and associated costs before finalizing your order.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. The free shipping option will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout for eligible orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

If you do not receive tracking information or experience any issues with tracking, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to [list countries you ship to]. If you are outside of these regions and would like to inquire about shipping, please contact us at support@spiritdust.com.

  • Some items may have restrictions on shipping, especially personalized or custom products. If any item in your order is restricted, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve any issues. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us if you believe your package is lost.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged items for our records, and we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged goods.

8. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@spiritdust.com, and we will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

9. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by the destination country.     If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@spiritdust.com. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
    Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure the address is correct, including any necessary information like apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc.
